This is more or less a pointless post, other then to tell you I'm actually working! i know, i too am in shock.
Ive got the sand paper, and have been trying to smooth out the rough spots and get rid of the rust. i was not even half way done and i was covered from head to toe in rust dust. yuck. lets hope the paint that is coming off isn't harmful!
alas, no pictures today! ill try and snag some tomorrow!
We can rebuild it! We have the technology! The knowledge... is an entirely different story. I plan to take my dads old bike repaint it, and rebuild it. You can follow me along during this projected, You lucky dog you! I'm hoping on posting each step and keeping it up to date, but I'm a bit flighty, and forgetful. I have never done anything like this before, so it will be a first. Wish me luck!
